The webinar is recorded and available for viewing at your own pace.To receive credit and certificate, attendees must complete a 15 question post-quiz and pass with 80% minimum. The link to the class and to the post-test is sent to your email after you register.

Term of approval is from 06/16/2021-6/16/2022. AMA/AAFP Equivalency: AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PR Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award.
