This year, I will be participating in Postpartum Suppport International's Climb Out of the Dark walk, on May 4, 2019 at Glasgow Park. This cause and event are both extremely important to me, not only as a mental health provider, but also on a personal level. I struggled with PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders) after the birth of our twins and recently vowed to myself to make sure no woman has to go through it alone. Please join me by clicking on my fundraising page and either registering to join me at the walk or to donate.
Thank you everyone!!
Postpartum Support International's Climb Out of the Darkness is the world's largest event for raising awareness of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, while raising money and building community.
