Hello my loves
As many of you know, this past year has been one of the darkest times of my life. Around this time last year I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. I thought this is not happening to me it will just go away on its own. My symptoms only elevated with time.This disease does not discriminate. I will be one of the many to walk in ClimbOutOfDarkness this October. I have received so much love and support through Postpartrum International. Knowing we are not alone is vital to survival and having a safe place to seek guidance. Please donate whatever you can, this will ensure that Warmline (Safe place to speak to peers about how you are feeling right away as well as suicidal thoughts) will remain open as well as other important support mamas need.
