This year I started my private practice, Real Talk Therapy New Orleans, specializing in treating reproductive and postpartum mental health. Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders are incredibly common, but people don't want to talk about it. I am working with Postpartum Support Louisianato raise awareness and end the stigma around these issues. We are hosting a charity walk & fundraiser Climb Out of Darkness - PSI Louisiana THIS SATURDAY (May 18th at 10am). Please support this cause by attending the event or donating to the cause on our event page. The funds will go towards train-the-trainer curriculum and effort to create more postpartum support groups in New Orleans. Hope to see you all on Saturday!
