I am so excited to be part of Climb out of the Darkness 2019 on behalf of the newly formed PSI-Iowa! I have both personal and professional experience with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am passionate and committed to bringing more awareness and training to our local community. I find motherhood to be incredibly challenging and profoundly rewarding. My babies are 9 (Olivia), 6 (Henry), and 4 (Arlo) and they have changed my life in so many ways, including setting me down a professional path to walking alongside so many women who are experiencing mental health and adjustment concerns.
