Have you or a loved one experienced a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder (PMAD) like postpartum depression?

You are not alone!

Join us at 10AM on June 15th on the State House Lawn as we grow the community of support for families with babies - and anyone touched by a PMAD. Together, we will honor those who have experienced PMADS and shine a light on the fact PMADs are the most common complication of childbirth - and often go undiagnosed.

Climb Out of the Darkness is an annual, worldwide event coordinated by Postpartum Support International and is the largest awareness-raising event devoted to perinatal mental health. Last year, 75 community members came out to support each other, raise awareness, build community, and raise over $4000 for Good Beginnings’ unique and critical work supporting Central Vermont families during the perinatal period and throughout the transition to parenthood.
