As most of you know, I am a two-time survivor of postpartum anxiety and my mission as an author and journalist is to eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness and support the emotional wellbeing of women, moms and families. I am also on the board of Postpartum Support International Georgia Chapter and am raising money for their incredible work training providers, raising awareness and creating a safety net for Georgia families.
